Our paper evaluating LLMs for spatial tasks was recognized as one of the most-cited articles in TGIS in 2024.
Our paper, “Correctness Comparison of ChatGPT-4, Gemini, Claude-3, and Copilot for Spatial Tasks”, was recognized by Wiley as one of the top 10 most-cited papers published in Transactions in GIS during 2024.
This study, a collaboration with Henry Hochmair from UF Geomatics, assesses the reliability of large language models for geospatial tasks. It establishes foundational baselines for the ongoing research we are building at the GATOR Lab.
